Kathleen is a 1985 graduate of Arizona State University with a B. S. in Business Management. She has worked in the surety industry for 17 years, eight of which were as an underwriter for a large insurance company. Her last nine years has included being the Director of a contractor’s license school. She is a Licensed Property, Casualty and Surety agent, she was named Insurance Woman of the Year in 2000 and 2005. Kathleen is the Past President and Past State Director of the Las Vegas Insurance Professionals (NAIW) and has served on the Executive Board for the Surety Association of Nevada since 1999.
Kathleen has been married to Norm for 21 years and they have 4 children ranging in age from 15 to 26. The family enjoys camping and cheering on their beloved Broncos. |

Keri has been directly and indirectly involved with the Construction Industry since the age of 10! Keri owns her own company, Majestic Business Support Service. Her clients include CAMEO Association (Community Association Management Executive Officers, Inc.) and NVIWF (Nevada International Womens Forum) along with several small contractors. She previously worked for Capital Consultants Management Corporation for SouthShore at Lake Las Vegas, Centex Homes as the Framing Division Cost Accountant then on to Calply as the Purchasing Manager.
She joined NAWIC in 2007, has served as Treasurer from 2007 to 2009, will continue on as the Region 12 NEF Fundraising Chair -2008 to 2010 and National NEF Fundraising Chair for the 2009/2010 term.
When not involved with NAWIC activities, Keri, her husband James and two children Mason and Bryce love to travel and explore haunted locations. |

Treasea Wolf, PE, LEED AP grew up in Eagle River, Alaska but has lived in Las Vegas since 1994. She is a graduate of UNLV with a bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and is also a LEED Accredited Professional. She is currently a Project Manager for Walker Engineering, LLC, a women owned and operated civil design consulting firm and has been an integral part of the company since 2003. Treasea has been practicing Civil Engineering in Las Vegas for over 10 years.
Treasea has been a member of NAWIC since 2008 and is looking forward to getting even more involved this year as an officer. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and traveling. |

Kelley, who is originally from Palm Springs, CA, has lived in Las Vegas for over 4 years. After graduating from CSU, Chico with a B.S. in Construction Management she moved to Las Vegas to work for KHS&S Contractors. She started out as a project scheduler and is in charge of creating and maintaining schedules for all jobs, nationally and internationally.
Kelley has been a member of NAWIC since July 2008. She has participated in Ms. Fix-It program and the Scholarship program. While in high school she also received a scholarship from NAWIC to help her with her collegiate schooling. |

Liz grew up in Twin Falls, ID and after learning how to patch drywall, check for live wires, install tile, carpet, shelves and cabinets as a kid she knew that eventually she would become a part of the construction industry. Liz attended the University of Idaho where she earned degrees in Psychology and Anthropology and became a proud member of the Delta Delta Delta women’s fraternity. After school, she wanted to try something completely different and choose to move to Las Vegas. For the past six years Liz has worked for The Tiberti Co. in the Construction Rental Fence Division helping to ensure that neighbors across the valley remain good friends by providing good fences. |

Judy serves as Administrative Assistant to the Director of Administration of Edward M. Bernstein & Associates. EMB is one of the largest firms in Nevada, specializing in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability. With over 30 years’ experience, the law firm’s mission is to provide outstanding legal services to the injured people it serves.
Judy joined NAWIC in July 2005 and immediately served on the Board of Directors, was Block Kids Chair and WIC Week Chair. After serving two years as Vice President and on several committees, Judy served as President of the Las Vegas Chapter with 150 members for the term 2008-2009.
Judy is married to a retired Air Force veteran, has been a Girl Scout leader for her daughter’s troop for the past nine years and is an active member of her church. | |

Cheri is co-owner and operator of Diversified Communications Solutions Inc., Ltd. Cheri has been a member of NAWIC for one year. She was selected as 2002 Small Business Person of the Year. Additionally, she has served on several boards, including the executive board for the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, and she presently chairs the City of North Las Vegas Economic Development Advisory Board. Cheri has been a resident of Las Vegas since 1977, and she and her husband, Murray, have served the valley since 1988 with their telecommunications business. | |

Crystal owns and operates Construction Management Corporation; an AISC certified steel erection and specialty rigging company. Having grown up in the heavy lift, rigging, and heavy haul industries, Crystal is the third generation in a family business, and the only woman. In addition to being involved with NAWIC, Crystal also sits on the AGC Government Affairs Committee. Crystal was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and is a graduate of Tulane University. | |

I started in construction as a Union Carpenter for the Local 1977 in Las Vegas 20 years ago and have stayed in the industry ever since. I have worked as an assistant superintendent, project coordinator, estimator, superintendent, project manager, and I am currently employed as a Business Development Manager for ATC Associates Inc., we are a nationwide geotechnical, environmental and materials testing firm. I am an active member of APWA (American Public Works Association), ACI (American Concrete Institute), USGBC (United States Green Building Council) and have been a member of NAWIC for 3 years. I have a wonderful husband Brian and 2 amazing children (Brian Jr. and Peyton).
